Policies:
Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. Payment must be made by credit/debit card, check or cash. If paying by check or cash, we must have a credit/debit card on file, and if payment is not received by the 10th of the month, you give us authorization to charge the card on file for the full amount that is past due plus a $5.00 processing fee. Your signature on the enrollment form allows us this authorization. Any returned checks or declined cards are subject to a $25.00 fee. There is an annual registration fee that is charged once a year. Tuition is based on the amount of classes during the school year (not including summer camps), divided by the months we provide classes. Some months you may receive 3 classes; some may have 5. Most months have 4 classes. The tuition rate will be the same each month, unless otherwise notified. There will be no credit for missed classes. Make-up classes may be scheduled in the event of holidays or school closures. We require a 2 week notice when canceling your child from our classes. Please make checks payable to MeNa Dance Academy. Tuition can be paid online at www.menadance.com.
** All accounts will continue to incur tuition costs until we are given 2 weeks notice of your child's withdrawal from our program. You are fully responsible for all charges incurred. Accounts 90 days past due will be closed and turned over to collections. **
Fall/Spring Session Calendar:
Our session for the Fall/Spring will begin August 31, 2009 and run through May 28, 2010. The following will be the observed holidays that we will not have classes:
Labor Day- September 7, 2009
Thanksgiving- November 24-27, 2009
Winter Break- December 21, 2009- January 1, 2010
Good Friday- April 2, 2010
Each class meets for a total of 36 classes over the course of our 9 month session. This averages out to 4 classes per month, and tuition will be the SAME EACH MONTH regardless if there are 3 classes or 5, since it all evens out over the full 9 months. Summer classes are separate.
